Meet your host
Brandon Gray
Director of Business Operations Integrity, Business On Purpose
Brandon coaches business owners 1-on-1 and runs operations for the Business On Purpose leadership team. He has 10 years of experience in organizational leadership, the last four at Business On Purpose, where he has worked with interior designers across the country to move their firms out of chaos and into clarity and structure.
His work centers on the systems that let a business run without the owner in every detail: dashboards that show where the cash is going, processes that hold up when the owner steps away, and plans for the business’s long-term future. Most recently, he spoke on the mainstage at the Build EXPO conference about putting AI to work in every part of a business.
Away from coaching, he’s usually wrestling with his two kids, trying to finish a peaceful meal with his wife, or looking for his ball in the rough.
